Psychotherapy process
Psychoterapia is a process that consists of a series of online meetings (45-50 min or 75 minutes) conducted by a qualified therapist. During the first sessions, we talk about the difficulties and expectations you report. On this basis, we initially identify the areas you want to work on and discuss them together. In the next steps, we decide how the further cooperation will proceed - we talk about the formula of the meetings, the duration of the therapy and those aspects that you want to focus on first.
During subsequent sessions, we focus on finding the source of the problem, understanding your reactions and solving difficulties, which helps regain balance and satisfaction with life.
