Sunbirds - Online Psychotherapy Center
Two Cultures One Soul
Individual and couple therapy for people from all over the world.
In Sunbirds we work online with people living in multicultural environment.
Most often our clients are expats, multicultural couples, emigrants or people working in environments filled with multiple cultures.
We offer highly specialized counselling and psychotherapy
Our psychotherapists support clients who experience a whole spectrum of difficulties, including: anxiety, fear, depression or relationship problems i.e. in a relationship or marriage. We help them face them and actively support them on their way to a happy life.
We have worked with many clients for whom the multicultural environment is the background of their everyday life. It is sometimes less and sometimes more important aspect of the difficulties they experience. Although sometimes we don't even realize the impact it has on us and our decisions.

“Wyjechałam z miłości, a teraz mam depresję. Miałam tyle nadziei i pomysłów w związku z nowym życiem, a boję się wyjść z domu. Myślę, że bardzo tęsknię za domem i rodziną. Czy to normalne?”
Emila z Hamptons“Theoretically, I'm fine, I'm fulfilling my dreams, but I'm still afraid of something and I think a lot about what would happen if ... I'm tired of it.”
Nathalie (Bali)
If such dilemmas accompany you every day, then you are in the right place. Sunbirds is the first clinic that recognizes the difficulties of people in mixed couples or people trying to find themselves in an international environment. We also conduct therapy for people suffering from lack of closeness and partner.

How Sunbirds was founded?
Where did the idea for an online therapy center came from?
Why are we Sunbirds?
The terms Sunbird and Snowbird originated in the United States and refer to people migrating north or south, depending on their need for warmth or coolness. Hence - in translation - snow or sun bird. We chose Sunbirds as sunseekers, which is closer to our frozen compatriots. But that's just a metaphor. The clients of our clinic are such wanderers and seekers of their space, another home, and sometimes also themselves, in the most remote corners of the globe.
In Sunbirds, I also invite you to go on a journey. It connects two seemingly contradictory worlds - the world of heart and mind, logic and emotions. A bit different from the one you already know. One where no matter where you are, whether on a beautiful sandy beach in Bali or in frosty Scandinavia, at home or away, you can find inner consistency between what your emotions tell you and what logic suggests.
If you also identify with being a Sunbird, please visit us on Facebooka, where we write more about the experiences of people who do, or not, find their way in a mosaic mix of cultures.
