Counseling
Counseling is a 50-minute meeting with a psychologist, which aims to discuss the potential possibilities of helping the patient. We invite people who are not sure what form of support they need. Whether you're seeking advice on a specific problem or struggling with long-term psychological discomfort.. During this meeting, we will listen to what you are facing, what is difficult for you, you will tell us about your needs, and we will show you the way to resolve your issues.
An example of such a solution may be individual psychotherapy, couples, group training, psychoeducation or coaching. We usually need 2-3 meetings to offer you such a solution.
During a counseling session, a psychologist may ask you questions about your life, everyday difficulties you experiences, relationships with other people or problematic situations
