Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy is a process that consists of a series of online meetings (45-50 minutes) conducted by a qualified therapist. During the first sessions, we talk about the difficulties you encounter, problems in which you need support and the goal of therapy. On this basis, we initially recognize the areas you want to work with. In the next steps, we decide how the further cooperation will proceed - we talk about the formula of the meetings, the duration of the therapy and those aspects that you want to focus on first.

During subsequent sessions, we focus on describing the problem, understanding your reactions and solving difficulties, which helps regain balance and satisfaction with life.

We work with online clients from around the world. We conduct individual and couples psychotherapy in English and Polish. Trying to provide reliable assistance, our work is a subject to a regular supervision. We work with adults in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Professional Psychology.
