My name is Anna Skrzypiec. I am a master of psychology and a certified CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) psychotherapist. In my work, I also use elements of Schema Therapy and third wave CBT (ACT, DBT). I work individually and with couples, in Polish and English.

- zaburzeń depresyjnych (np. epizody depresyjne, zaburzenia afektywne dwubiegunowe, cyklotymia),
- issues with adjustment to a situation
- borderline personality disorder
- experience somatic symtoms
My mission is to support others on their way to a happy life. I greatly respect my patients for the effort they take in first applying for therapy and then attending meetings. I like to watch how tension and difficult emotions related to problematic situations are released, giving way to new and more pleasant experiences. It is a very interesting process that will not succeed without mutual commitment. I consider it a great privilege to witness/participate in making such important changes in another person's life.
